RATIONALE
One sunny day, while diving in the waters of San Luis, Batangas, with friends, he saw a bushy piece of mountain — a forest land he envisioned could become a diving paradise. From a distance, the idea seemed impossible due to the lack of road access for heavy machinery, but his determination made it possible. After three years of manual construction, a man-made resort was finally built in February 2022 — truly a work of heart and faith.
Starboard Diving Resort is equipped with full amenities designed for both divers and families alike — offering complete leisure, relaxation, and adventure. It features three scenic, UV-filtered swimming pools with ocean views, an eco-conscious design built from Eco Blocks, Pavers, and Bricks containing 5–10% recycled plastics, and a declared Fish Sanctuary supporting coral reef and marine preservation.
